네 체면은 말이 아닐 텐데 (Lose face)

   

                             a:   Are you just going to stand there and say nothing?

                                   당신 정말 아무말도 없이 보고만 있을 거야?

                             b:  She can spread all the false rumors about me

                                   she wants.  I don't care.

                                   그녀가 나에 대해 거짓말을 마음대로 퍼뜨리고

                                   다니든 말든 난 상관 아니 해.

                              a:  But If people believe her, it might cause you

                                   to lose face.

 

                                   그러나 만일에 그녀가 하는 말을 믿으면

                                    네 체면은 말이 아닐 텐데 (Lose face)

 

                              b.  That's okay. It won't cause me any embarrassment

                                    if it's not true.

                                                                                    

             괜찮아, 그게 사실이 아닌 이상 내가 부끄러워 할 일은 없거든
